This is NOT your typical D/s manual. Uniquely Rika provides a practical, intelligent, common-sense approach to adding D/s to your relationship; with long-termed success. You'll see how fulfilling the inner desire to serve or be served is within your reach - without having to mask yourself in artificial roles and games. Ms. Rika explains why several popular approaches fail to last. She then details her approach to creating successful D/s relationships; one which has proven as effective with seasoned D/s players as with those who never thought themselves to be a 'dominant' or 'submissive'. Regardless of your experience level, Uniquely Rika will provide a new insight, a heightened awareness, and a fresh perspective on D/s that will enhance your relationships, forever. Though written from the 'female-led' perspective, the concepts are applicable to any loving partners. If you're serious about a lasting and meaningful D/s-based relationship, you'll want to read "Uniquely Rika."

"I am not a submissive; I'm Rika's Submissive". Geo, Ms. Rika's husband and lifestyle submissive, describes his commitment to serving the woman who literally 'wrote the books' on Service-Oriented D/s. In his own words, he details what it's like to dedicate one's life Submitting to this naturally dominant woman. Geo shares his real life experiences, taking us back through relationships before Rika; contrasting those power dynamics with submission "at Rika's whim". Join him as he describes the day-to-day service he provides, the motivations behind his submission, and the differences that make Ms. Rika unique. If you've ever wondered what it would be like to serve Ms. Rika - Read this book. After reading the book - and maybe finding some parallels to your own experiences - Geo hopes you realize that he's not a unicorn; he's not a mind-reader; he's not abnormally selfless, and he's not a weirdo; that it doesn't take any of those things to live to please your Goddess. He's unique, but not rare. He's just a man with an internal drive to submit - who got lucky enough to find the right dominant - one who would never allow him to drift from her vision of what he could be as her submissive. One who had the strength to insist on submission that focused on her preferences and expectations. Geo tells us that life under Rika is unpredictable, challenging, frustrating, maddening, exhausting, and sometimes even a bit painful. It also happens to be exhilarating, enlightening, joyous, sexual, satisfying, and immensely fulfilling.

""I find few more satisfying exhibitions of power and control than deliberately creating desire - only to capriciously deny it."" Ms. Rika uses her extensive experience in the world of D/s to create five reality-based stories of desperation, lust, and love in a world of female dominance. If you've ever enjoyed the thrill of control, you'll love reading Ms. Rika's evil, creative, and somewhat sadistic accounts of women taking control of a man's desire. As with Rika's non-fiction books on D/s, her approach to power dynamics is centered around the dominant - what they want, what they need. In ""The Joy of Denial"" she explores how Tease and Denial (T&D) can be used as a tool to that end.

Architecture Of Great Expositions 1937 1959 written by Rika Devos and has been published by Routledge this book supported file pdf, txt, epub, kindle and other format this book has been release on 2016-03-09 with Architecture categories.

This book investigates architecture as a form of diplomacy in the context of the Second World War at six major European international and national expositions that took place between 1937 and 1959. The volume gives a fascinating account of architecture assuming the role of the carrier of war-related messages, some of them camouflaged while others quite frank. The famous standoffs between the Stalinist Russia and the Nazi Germany in Paris 1937, or the juxtaposition of the USSR and USA pavilions in Brussels 1958, are examples of very explicit shows of force. The book also discusses some less known - and more subtle - messages, revealed through an examination of several additional pavilions in both Paris and Brussels; of a series of expositions in Moscow; of the Universal Exhibition in Rome that was planned to open in 1942; and of London’s South Bank Exposition of 1951: all of them related, in one way or another, to either an anticipation of the global war or to its horrific aftermaths. A brief discussion of three pre-World War II American expositions that are reviewed in the Epilogue supports this point. It indicates a significant difference in the attitude of American exposition commissioners, who were less attuned to the looming war than their European counterparts. The book provides a novel assessment of modern architecture’s involvement with national representation. Whether in the service of Fascist Italy or of Imperial Japan, of Republican Spain or of the post-war Franquista regime, of the French Popular Front or of socialist Yugoslavia, of the arising FRG or of capitalist USA, of Stalinist Russia or of post-colonial Britain, exposition architecture during the period in question was driven by a deep faith in its ability to represent ideology. The book argues that this widespread confidence in architecture’s ability to act as a propaganda tool was one of the reasons why Modernist architecture lent itself to the service of such different masters.
