Kemudian pindah ke Bandung dan melanjutkan sebagai pengajar di Fakultas Psikologi Universitas Padjadjaran pada tahun 1979 hingga sekarang. Beberapa Jabatan Struktural di Fakultas Psikologi Universitas Padjadjaran yang telah dijabatnya; sebagai Pembantu Dekan III, bidang kemahasiswaan; Pembantu Dekan I, bidang akademik; Koordinator Program Profesi Psikologi Sarjana + (S1+); Ketua Program Studi Magister Profesi Psikologi; Dekan; Ketua Program studi Doktor. Dalam organisasi, ia aktif di organisasi Profesi Psikologi; sebagai ketua Ikatan Psikologi Perkembangan Indonesia (IPPI) wilayah Jawa Barat; Ketua Majelis Etik Himpunan Psikologi Indonesia (HIMPSI) wilayah Jawa Barat; majelis Etik HMPSI Pusat. Sebagai seorang praktisi di bidang psikologi, sejak tahun 1980 hingga sekarang ia melakukan praktek sebagai Psikolog klinis anak dan remaja.
