Ciao, sono Carlo Caccamo, ho 34 anni e sono uno studente lavoratore della Bocconi. Ma sono sicuro che l’ha fatto solo per sfregio perché sa che odio leggere. Quindi per ripicca, mi è venuta la brillante idea di leggerlo e commentarlo dal vivo, scrivendo e scarabocchiandoci su tutto quello che mi passa per la testa! E gli editori hanno avuto pure la brillante idea di pubblicarlo! Vabbè, insomma, non importa che tu sia un lettore del lettore single o felicemente accoppiato, l’importante è che quando ti svegli inizi a correre prima che il leone ci mangi. Non significa niente ma ci stava! Così ho fatto pure la premessa, buona lettura! Il fruscio delle foglie delle palme da cocco e il delicato sciabordio delle piccole onde che carezzano la riva mi rilassano e, nel dormiveglia, ripenso a Vanda. Mi sarebbe piaciuto godere insieme a lei di questo luogo splendido, invece oggi mi chiedo se ho ancora una fidanzata. La nostra relazione è cominciata nove anni fa e ultimamente sta attraversando un periodo critico. Riconosco che per lei, originaria delle Marche, non deve essere stato facile trasferirsi a Gela, nella mia piccola città, ma ero fiducioso che col tempo si sarebbe trovata bene. È per questo che sono rimasto impietrito quando a settembre mi ha comunicato, di punto in bianco, che se ne tornava a casa sua a Pesaro.
