Testi che compongono un’indispensabile cartografia letteraria, seguendo punti di fuga inediti e rintracciando parentele inaspettate: il sadismo di Stephen King e quello di Collodi, la misantropia di Céline e la bibliolatria di Kien in Auto da fé, il riemergere del lupo in Buck nel Richiamo della foresta e la voluttà con cui Gregor Samsa si abbandona alla nuova identità di insetto.
