Anhand dieser Grundlage soll uns unser Ziel die erfolgreiche Etablierung in der asiatischen Region ermöglicht werden bzw. gelingen. Die Expansion ist für uns "die Zukunftsinvestition" in einen der bedeutendsten und stätig wachsenden Wirtschaftsräume. Für einen Vergleich und eine mögliche Expansion werden folgende asiatische Regionen in Betracht gezogen: - China - Thailand - Indonesien - Malaysia - Korea - Hongkong Für die verschiedenen Regionen werden die möglichen Chancen und Risiken für einen deutschen Automobilmehrmarken-Händler dargestellt, verglichen und analysiert und in einer Endbetrachtung zur Wahl der möglichen Niederlassung in einer der Regionen diskutiert. Der europäische und der asiatische Automobilmarkt werden mittels folgender Kriterien verglichen: -Marktsegmentierung -Kaufverhalten -Branchen-Führerschaft und Ranking der Hersteller -Käufer-Ausprägung und Kundenerwartung -rechtliche Vorschriftenlage -Import- und Export-Möglichkeiten
