Leggere le poesie di Rosaria Barbarinaldi vuol dire tuffarsi in una tavolozza di colori che in una varietà di sfumature dipingono e rendono visibili i moti dell’animo umano. Materia, aria, forma, disegni, fili... la materialità e la fisicità vengono usate in modo metaforico e confluiscono nell’idea di libertà intesa come un continuo annodare e snodare una matassa in cui è racchiuso il mistero, la drammaticità e la bellezza dell’esistenza e del suo divenire. La figura retorica che prevale nella raccolta è l’enjambement a sottolineare l’urgenza della scrittura, come se il verso esplodesse e non potesse essere contenuto nello spazio di un rigo, come se la poesia scorresse e mostrasse un’incontenibilità più forte della stessa penna, dello stesso pensiero. I versi della raccolta compiono un’esplorazione completa, profonda e anche irriverente delle diverse sfaccettature dell’animo umano e della vita. Il fluire del tempo è nel fluire della natura, della memoria, nel rincorrersi continuo di giorno e notte, di profumi, odori, suoni, ricordi nel cui turbinio ci si perde... come in un leopardiano infinito sentire.
