Dabei geht vor allem um die Rolle der Sozialen Arbeit in diesem Arbeitsfeld. Im ersten Kapitel dieser Thesis werden das Störungsbild der Depression, die Ätiopathogenese, die Auswirkungen der depressiven Störung und die Epidemiologie näher erörtert. Im zweiten Kapitel werden die allgemeinen Chancen und Grenzen der Beruflichen Wiedereingliederung von depressiv Erkrankten beleuchtet. Zudem wird anhand zweier ausgewählter soziologischer Modelle eine Analysemöglichkeit der Jobprofile gegeben, denn nicht immer ist eine Rückkehr in das ursprüngliche Jobprofil zielführend. Das dritte Kapitel beleuchtet die rechtlichen Aspekte und Verfahrensgrundzüge der Möglichkeit der Umschulung und Weiterbildung im Rahmen von Leistungen zur Teilhabe, falls eine Rückkehr in das ursprüngliche Jobprofil nicht möglich ist. Im vierten Kapitel werden die rechtlichen Aspekte und Grundzüge des Verfahrens der stufenweisen Wiedereingliederung beschrieben. Damit soll im fünften Kapitel die Rolle der Sozialen Arbeit in diesem Schnittstellenbereich aufgezeigt werden und anhand eines Case-Management-Prozesses exemplarisch Einblick in das Handlungsfeld des betrieblichen Eingliederungsmanagements im Rahmen von betrieblicher Sozialarbeit geben. Ebenso wird im fünften Kapitel die Relevanz der Beteiligung der Profession Soziale Arbeit erläutert. Dies erfolgt auf Grund der Schlüsselkompetenzen und der Methodenvielfalt sowie der ethischen Orientierung.

The revisions of both DSM-IV and ICD-10 have again focused the interest of the field of psychiatry and clinical psychology on the issue of nosology. This interest has been further heightened by a series of controversies associated with the development of DSM-5 including the fate of proposed revisions of the personality disorders, bereavement, and the autism spectrum. Major debate arose within the DSM process about the criteria for changing criteria, leading to the creation of first the Scientific Review Committee and then a series of other oversight committees which weighed in on the final debates on the most controversial proposed additions to DSM-5, providing important influences on the final decisions. Contained within these debates were a range of conceptual and philosophical issues. Some of these - such as the definition of mental disorder or the problems of psychiatric “epidemics” - have been with the field for a long time. Others - the concept of epistemic iteration as a framework for the introduction of nosologic change - are quite new. This book reviews issues within psychiatric nosology from clinical, historical and particularly philosophical perspectives. The book brings together a range of distinguished authors - including major psychiatric researchers, clinicians, historians and especially nosologists - including several leaders of the DSM-5 effort and the DSM Steering Committee. It also includes contributions from psychologists with a special interest in psychiatric nosology and philosophers with a wide range of orientations. Local political structure is far more important in Switzerland than in the centralized polities of most modern European countries, given the historically decentralized nature of the Swiss system (see Hass, J.K. 1999: 1067). “Thus the Swiss municipal organisation has proved to be extremely stable in comparison to other countries. They strongly vary in size and the majority are very small. Between 1848 and 1998 the number of municipalities was reduced only from 3204 to 2914 “(see Ladner, A. 1991: 5-6). In this paper, the focus will be on the local government in Switzerland. But before we come to this part, we think it is necessary to give an overall view of Switzerland in general and its political system. Here, we will also introduce the issue of direct democracy in Switzerland, as we think it is a characteristic political element within the Swiss democracy and also plays an important role on the communal and local level. Then we will describe the local level in detail. This will include a short summary about the development of the Swiss communes in history, the role of the communes given by the Swiss constitution, the structure and organization of communes and the responsibilities they have. Finally, we will comment our findings and draw conclusions about the grade of decentralization and what follows from this for the Swiss democracy.
