Per lei non era una sorpresa il fatto che Sumire avesse già capito tutto. “Desiderate conoscere il vostro futuro, vero?” domandò. “Esattamente,” confermò Sumire. “Adesso vi faccio l’oroscopo,” fu la risposta. Naturalmente, Sumire immaginava che lo spirito del lapislazzuli non avesse bisogno di strumenti o calcoli per vedere nel futuro. Però decise di non interromperla. Ruri cominciò diligentemente a preparare l’oroscopo. E si rese subito conto che c’era qualcosa che non andava. Cioè, non vedeva il futuro di Sumire. “Qual è il problema?” Ruri era confusa. “Solo perché andava tutto bene…” Grazie al fatto che i suoi poteri magici erano parzialmente tornati, lei sapeva che Sumire era una delle discendenti di Haruka, la Fanciulla Celeste, colei che tempo prima aveva svegliato Ruri da un lungo sonno.
