Impact Wear of Materials is entirely devoted to quantitative treatment of various forms of wear occurring in impact-loaded mechanical components. Impact wear is classified under two headings, namely `erosive' and `percussive' wear. In erosive wear, particle streams and liquid jets are discussed.
