Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2011 im Fachbereich BWL - Unternehmensethik, Wirtschaftsethik, Note: 1,0, Technische Universität Chemnitz (Organisation), Veranstaltung: Solidarität in Gesellschaft und Organisationen, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Solidarität ist ein Begriff, den sich zahlreiche Organisationen – wie Parteien, Gewerkschaften, religiöse Gruppen und NGOs – gerne auf die Fahnen schreiben. Verbunden wird damit häufig ein gesellschaftlicher Zusammenhalt, die Zusammengehörigkeit einzelner Gruppen und gegenseitige Unterstützung (vgl. Dallinger 2009, 21). Die Reichweite und Charakteristika von Solidarität werden jedoch je nach Definition sehr unterschiedlich bestimmt. Diese kann sich sowohl auf große anonyme Kollektive beziehen also auch auf kleine soziale Zusammenhänge (ebd., 21). Verschiedene Auffassungen existieren ebenso darüber, wie Soli-darität erzeugt wird und ob sie eher „von unten“ durch die Betroffenen selbst oder „von oben“ durch den Staat entsteht (Iben/Kemper/Maschke 1999, 17ff.). Differenziert wird zwischen der organisierten Entstehung von Solidarität im Rahmen konstituierter Sozialzusammenhänge und ihrem spontanen Zustandekommen in unstrukturierten Situationen (Kaufmann 2002, 40). Je nach damit verbundenen Interessen wird der Solidaritätsbegriff somit sehr unterschiedlich verwendet. Auch die Bewegung Solidarische Ökonomie sieht Solidarität als zentrales Konzept an. Ihre Vertreter setzen sich für eine Wirtschaft ein,„bei der in den drei Bereichen Produktion, Konsum und Verteilung die handelnden Akteure darauf verzichten, vorhandene Chancen auf Durchsetzung ihrer Bedürfnisse auch gegen Widerstreben und auf Kosten der Bedürfnisse der übrigen Akteure zu nutzen“ (Flieger 2006, 47). Darüber was das Solidarische dieser Wirtschafsform genau ausmacht existiert innerhalb der Bewegung bisher kein einheitliches Verständnis (vgl. Giegold/Embshoff 2008b, 13; Voß 2010, 11). Für die Zusammenarbeit ihrer verschiedenen Strömungen ist es jedoch von zentraler Bedeutung, „sich über die Definition des Begriffes und damit über das Gemeinsame und Einigende eines neuen Bewegungsschubs ökonomischer Selbstorganisation zu verständigen.“ (Giegold/Embshoff 2008b, 14f.) Welche gemeinsame Basis existiert hinsichtlich des Solidaritätsbegriffes innerhalb der Bewegung Solidarische Ökonomie? Welche unterschiedlichen Verständnisse sind vorhanden? Diese Fragen werden in der vorliegenden Arbeit untersucht. Dazu werden Texte von den Vertretern der Bewegung, Elmar Altvater, Sven Giegold/Dagmar Embshoff und Elisabeth Voß, analysiert und Gemeinsamkeiten und Unterschiede ihrer Solidaritätskonzepte herausgearbeitet. Schließlich soll untersucht werden, inwiefern diese in Durkheims Solidaritätstheorie verankert sind.
