The first printing of this book, was assembled under the pressure of time, and was therefore written without the benefit of proofreading or editing. Alvin W. Byars was seriously ill when he was working on this book with Myasthenia Gravis, Lymphoma and he ultimately died in 1993 due to a brain tumor (Craniopharyngloma), and various complications and surgeries due to all these diseases.
