Masterarbeit aus dem Jahr 2016 im Fachbereich BWL - Personal und Organisation, Note: 1, Fachhochschule Burgenland (Institute of Management, Wels), Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Das Thema der vorliegenden Masterarbeit war der Zusammenhang zwischen Mitarbeitergesprachen und der Motivation der Arbeitnehmer. Das Hauptziel galt der Untersuchung, wie sich die Qualitat von Mitarbeitergesprachen auf die Mitarbeitermotivation auswirken kann. Der Fokus lag hierbei auf Arbeitskraften aus Osterreich und Deutschland. Fur die Erarbeitung des Themas wurde eine umfassende Literaturrecherche betrieben, die eine breite Anzahl an Theorien und Forschungsansatzen enthalten sollte. Der theoretische Abschnitt umfasste Inhalte, die fur die Erarbeitung der Forschungsfragen von Bedeutung waren: Kommunikation, Motivation und das Mitarbeitergesprach. Fur den praktischen Teil der Arbeit wurde eine empirische Studie entwickelt und durchgefuhrt. Die Fragen darin waren so gestaltet, dass daraus ein Handlungskatalog fur Fuhrungskrafte erstellt werden konnte. Durch die Verknupfung von Theorie und Praxis war es moglich, die beiden Hauptforschungsfragen ausfuhrlich zu beantworten. Ebenso konnten die aus den Fragen abgeleiteten Hypothesen bestatigt werden. Zusammenfassend konnte die Verbindung zwischen zielgerichteten Mitarbeitergesprachen und erhohter Mitarbeitermotivation sowie zunehmendem Unternehmenserfolg bewiesen werden. Daraus kann die Schlussfolgerung gezogen werden, dass jeder Arbeitgeber sich um die optimale Durchfuhrung von solchen Konversationen bemuhen sollte. Des Weiteren wurden aufschlussreiche Forschungsergebnisse gewonnen."
