Therefore, cause-related marketing has been the newest marketing strategies for the corporate. But whether these marketing activities can really induce consumers' positive attitude or not, so this is the main topic will be discussed in this study. Recently, with the rapidly growths of cheat crimes, the source credibility of message will be inevitablely the most important cues in the consumers' decision making processes, such as the widely wisdom or heuristics notify that "experts can be trusted "and "consensus implies correctness". Therefore, this study proposes a conceptual framework for investigating consumers' buying decision based on cause-related marketing activities, and further explores the issues of how consumers use their heuristics.The experimental scenario will be arranged in this study. These are two factors between-subject design and we include two levels for each factor (source credibility:high, low; task importance: high, low). Furthermore, based on the viewpoints of heuristics we investigate the influences of two independent variables on consumers' buying decisions. Moreover, the interaction effect of two independent variables on buying decisions will be explored and analyzed. Additionally, the construct of need for cognition by individual subjects are measured, in order to explore their moderating effect on buying decisions accompanied by two independent variables, i.e., source credibility and task importance. In this study, we utilize quasi-experimental design for the convenient samples of data collection, and subjects are 21

This paper uses a diode laser of wavelength {21244b} = 988nm, with a maximum output power of 200W. The 988nm wavelength is suitable for the laser transmission to process plastics, while 200W output of power is enough to process sheet metals. In order to understand diode laser processing capacity, we use experiment material of 304 stainless steel, 64 titanium alloy and PMMA polymers, to explore a wider range of processing capacity from diode laser. Experiment results show a thickness of 3mm or less of the 304 stainless steel can be successfully welded with full penetration. The same result is observed with the 64 titanium. As for the PMMA, diode laser show the high material removal rate from black PMMA when using the parameter conditions P/V = 0.3 that can remove depth of material to 1.5mm or more. The effects of the color of PMMA on laser transmission welding are also investigated. The experimental results show that white PMMA is not suitable for laser transmission welding. The proper range of the laser machining conditions for the red, yellow and blue PMMA are P/V = 0.3~

This book provides a translation of the complete poems and fu of Cao Zhi (192–232), one of China’s most famous poets. Cao Zhi lived during a tumultuous age, a time of intrepid figures and of bold and violent acts that have captured the Chinese imagination across the centuries. His father Cao Cao (155–220) became the most powerful leader in a divided empire, and on his death, Cao Zhi’s elder brother Cao Pi (187–226) engineered the abdication of the last Han emperor, establishing himself as the founding emperor of the Wei Dynasty (220–265). Although Cao Zhi wanted to play an active role in government and military matters, he was not allowed to do so, and he is remembered as a writer. The Poetry of Cao Zhi contains in its body one hundred twenty-eight pieces of poetry and fu. The extant editions of Cao Zhi’s writings differ in the number of pieces they contain and present many textual variants. The translations in this volume are based on a valuable edition of Cao’s works by Ding Yan (1794–1875), and are supplemented by robust annotations, a brief biography of Cao Zhi, and an introduction to the poetry by the translator.
