To all humans living today with a soul, which will live somewhere forever: this message is of extreme importance. God has repeatedly stated that we have to be His people before He will be our God. All descendents of Adam's line were turned loose from God's direct control in the Garden of Eden 6000 years ago. Those who can find their way back to God, and are acceptable by God, and also become God's people have a most pleasant forever. Those who miss the mark are in for an absolutely terrible future where asbestos underwear will not benefit at all. This most special message from God is without doubt the second most important after the "Extension of God" our Holy Bible, KJV. 1. What and where is the front and back cover location? 2. God has returned. How can we become His people? See Hosea 5:15. 3. Creation or evolution the real answers. 4. Do we have the "Mark of the Beast"? 5. What are the trees on the front cover? 6. How close to the end are we? 7. What is the New Testament, (Covenant)? 8. What is the Seal of God? 9. What was the real and true goal of Jesus 2000 years ago? 10. Is the Creator your God and who is Israel today? 11. What is the Abomination of Desolation? 12. How did we get this "Curse of God"? 13. Who are we and what is our Soul? 14. What are the see' messages in Mat. 24:15 and Mark 13:14? 15. Why am I blind' and how can I see'? 16. Most importantly, what are my options?

This Mt. Zion is the one in Hebrews 12:22-24, which is also called the Holy of Holies in heaven and the Lord's holy throne room. This book shows how the whole book of Hebrews is really a brief exhortation for believers in Jesus Christ to draw near to God in the Holy of Holies in heaven through our great High Priest, Jesus. The Bible shows that God imparts true life to His people there as we come intimately before Him. We can also see how God allows and equips His people to participate in His government of all the earth. It becomes clear that God's people -- Christians -- have missed taking full advantage of His great provision for us to draw near to Him through Jesus. Therefore we have seen a resulting loss of good fruit in our lives and throughout the earth. But by understanding what God provides for us in Jesus and in Mt. Zion -- the Lord's holy throne room -- we can see what we can do, so that we shall provide much more true life on earth by faith and God's power.

"WHEN THE LORD SHALL BUILD UP ZION" has been birthed out of a cry for spiritual awakening. This book is a burning message to believers in the Lord Jesus Christ to commit themselves for the building of God's spiritual house. There is urgent need to restore apostolic and prophetic ministries today so that the foundation of God's people may be sound. Those that have ears to hear, let them hear what the Spirit is saying to the churches. God will shake everything that that can be shaken so that those things that cannot be shaken remain (Hebrews 12: 27). For the Love of the habitation of our God, let's give ourselves unreservedly to Him that we may be built into Zion.

This study, unparalleled in recent scholarly writing, sets out to examine the broad sweep of the biblical theological tradition about Jerusalem/Zion as the antecedent to Revelation's depiction of the New Jerusalem. In the Old Testament, Jerusalem/Zion is depicted in both its ideal form and its actual manifestation. In the Psalms (and seminally in the Pentateuch), Zion is depicted as similar to the holy mountains of the gods in Ugaritic religion. But it is not only a dwelling-place of the deity: it is also an earthly city inhabited by humans, and so it becomes a place of community of the divine and the human. The historical books of course make no secret of the realities of life in the far from holy Jerusalem, and, in the prophets also, the city of Jerusalem is the site of wrongdoing and corruption, a place attracting judgment; but equally it is the focus for eschatological anticipations of a renewed community that does fulfil the ideal. In the New Testament, by its rejection of the Messiah earthly Jerusalem forfeits its role as the true Jerusalem/Zion, which is taken over by Jesus and the church. Occasionally we get glimpses of the belief that the true Jerusalem is in heaven (a development begun in Second Temple literature). The book of Revelation picks up as well from Second Temple literature the theme of the identity of Jerusalem with the Garden of Eden, combining this idea with renewal-of-Zion passages from the prophets to depict the final state of God's people as a place of blessedness, community, life and safety, as well of intimacy with God.

This book provides an exciting reinterpretation of the sayings and actions of Jesus. Setting him firmly in the context of first-century Judaism, it asks how important the city of Jerusalem and the theological traditions centred on it were to Jesus. At this time, Zion had become 'the symbol of the life, beliefs and hopes of all Jews'. Those Jews who expected the coming of a messianic Davidic king assumed that it would be from Zion that he would reign. Dr Tan examines how Jesus viewed the significance of Jerusalem in relation to his own vocation, and asks why he went there in what proved to be the last weeks of his life. Skillfully integrating what Jesus is recorded to have said with what he is recorded to have done, the author argues that, as a prophet, Jesus was attracted inevitably to the city of Zion. His message concerned the establishment of God's sovereignty on earth, and this in itself impelled him to go to the city to bring it under the divine rule. Jesus' actions in Jerusalem can also be interpreted as part of a common theme of the restoration of God's people for the fulfillment of their promised destiny. An understanding of the importance to Jesus of the Zion traditions, therefore, not only helps us to understand the unifying aim behind his ministry, but can also provide us with the key to the riddle of who Jesus thought he was.

The prophetic books of the Old Testament offer a fascinating collection of oracles, poetic images, and theological ideas. Among the most prominent themes are those of judgment and salvation, especially concerning the fate of Zion. This place, where the people of God dwell, is alternately presented as either the object of divine wrath or the image of a salvific ideal. Representing Zion provides a thorough and critical study of the images of Zion in the entire prophetic literature of the Old Testament. The book challenges traditional interpretations of Zion and offers a fresh exploration of the literary and theological nature of the biblical writings. Zion has largely been treated by scholars as an image of the inviolable city consistently and unambiguously used by Old Testament authors. Representing Zion reveals the Zion motif to be contested, complex and profoundly theological—a reflection of the ambiguous role of YHWH as judge and saviour.

"The son of a Jewish father and Baptist mother, Paul Wilbur grew up attending synagogue. In college he was transformed by a Baptist minister's teaching about a rabbi, Jesus, who fulfilled the promise of the Torah. As he grew in his relationship with Jesus, Wilbur was reintroduced to the God of the Old Testament and began exploring his Jewish heritage. Along the way, he discovered the power of Jewish worship traditions-the weekly Shabbat, with the power of Holy Communion and dedication to family, along with other high holy traditions and feast days. Observing those ancient rituals, now infused with the power of the Holy Spirit, Wilbur heard a sound that he describes as a "roar from Zion." As evangelicals came to understand and incorporate ancient Jewish worship practices in their home and church lives, miracles broke out, fathers assumed their roles as the head of their families, prodigal children returned home, and marriages were restored. What began with one man is now becoming a movement, with tens of thousands taking part"--

For three thousand years Jerusalem has held a special place in the hearts of Jews and Christians. More than any other site in the Bible, Jerusalem signifies God's judgment and hope. It is the focus of much of the Old Testament, and acquaintance with this background is essential for understanding the importance of the city in Jesus' time, in our own age, and in the prophecies of the world to come.
