Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2006 im Fachbereich Philosophie - Praktische (Ethik, Ästhetik, Kultur, Natur, Recht, ...), Note: 1,0, Universität Potsdam, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Bevor Kant mit der Grundlegung zur Metaphysik der Sitten die Sittlichkeit und die moralische Beurteilungsfähigkeit des Menschen in der reinen Vernunft ansiedelte, wurde schon von vielen Philosophen vor ihm versucht den Ursprung dieser Sittlichkeit zu bestimmen. Sie wurde z.B. in der Ordnung der Natur oder der Gemeinschaft, aber auch in dem Streben nach Glück, im Willen Gottes oder einfach in einem moralischen Gefühl gesucht. Doch Kant ging davon aus, dass auf diese Weise keine objektive Gültigkeit und Begründung der Sittlichkeit denkbar sein konnte. Er nahm ebenfalls an, dass moralisches Handeln und Urteilen nicht einem persönlichen Gefühl, einer willkürlichen Entscheidung, der gesellschaftlichen Herkunft oder irgendwelchen Konventionen entspringen, sondern allein eine Tätigkeit der reinen Vernunft ist. Der Argumentationsgang und somit die Gründung der Moral in der Vernunft wird in dieser Abhandlung nachskizziert und am Ende kritisch betrachtet.
