Hegel S Apotheosis Of Logic written by Stephen Theron and has been published by Cambridge Scholars Publishing this book supported file pdf, txt, epub, kindle and other format this book has been release on 2017-01-06 with Philosophy categories.

This book presents what Hegel calls “the vital spirit of the actual world”, the truth, namely, of logic’s form and content as one concrete whole. Axiomatic here is that thinking is necessarily free and unbounded, if we could escape a performative contradiction in evaluating it. Thinking is absolute, what Hegel calls spirit or mind, Geist. He identifies three forms of “absolute spirit”, namely art, religion and philosophy, where each form is absorbed into the next one; philosophy subsumes religion and religion subsumes art, in a process seeking and achieving the absolute. Philosophy, therefore, is ultimately theology as fulfilling the latter in mind’s constitutive self-transcendence towards “the absolute idea”, itself the absolute, Hegel asserts. This is “absolute idealism”, where the Idea is true being and finite things are transitory notions. This book aims to clarify such conceptions, whereby “theological” transcendent grace is natural or “all in all”, faith is absolute knowledge in germ, things are the opposite of what they “immediately” seem, while achieved self-consciousness is “the ruin of the individual” abstractly parted from its objects. Thus external nature is internal, the whole in or one with the part, necessity absolute freedom, these being stages of Logic. Hegel needs a second, related trio to the above three forms. This is logic, nature and mind, likewise, in ceaseless process, a returning upon self. Thus art’s foundational quality mirrors that of “the logical art”. The individual art-object, art as striving for absolute perfection, founds spirit’s trajectory. Hence, consciousness first appears individual only as set towards universal self-consciousness in “absolute knowing”.

Leibniz And Hermeneutics written by Miguel Escribano Cabeza and has been published by Cambridge Scholars Publishing this book supported file pdf, txt, epub, kindle and other format this book has been release on 2016-02-08 with Philosophy categories.

In recent centuries in the history of philosophy, Leibniz’s thought has been considered from a wide range of perspectives: as a decisive influence on modernity’s genesis or, as Kant’s predecessor, as key to contemporary logic’s development, and even in parallel to Nietzsche’s metaphysics of individuality. However, the high potential of Leibniz’s thought has been most strongly understood by contemporary hermeneutics and its authors, including Heidegger, for whom Leibniz represents the greatest exponent of Modernity. This book explores the philosophical connection of the hermeneutical approach with Leibniz’s thought. Comprised of twelve chapters, in addition to a detailed bibliography of the appearances of Leibniz in Heidegger’s Gesamtausgabe and secondary literature, it explores such subjects as the distinction amongst phases in Heidegger’s reception of Leibniz, works dedicated to concepts of time, substance, representation, personal identity, reality and force. Furthermore, this book also provides the perspectives of a number of authors in relation to Leibniz, such as Ortega y Gasset, Apel, Deleuze, and Husserl.

Sobre El Problema De La Filosof A Y Otros Escritos 1932 1944 written by Xavier Zubiri and has been published by Alianza Editorial Sa this book supported file pdf, txt, epub, kindle and other format this book has been release on 2002 with Philosophy categories.

Christ Identity written by Sergio Rosell Nebreda and has been published by Vandenhoeck & Ruprecht this book supported file pdf, txt, epub, kindle and other format this book has been release on 2011-03-09 with Religion categories.

Sergio Rosell Nebreda focuses on how the Philippian Christ-followers received Paul's letter. The social, historical, literary, rhetorical, anthropological and theological elements are dealt with in order to understand the effect Paul wanted to achieve. The main thesis of the book is that the apostle Paul, who greatly suffered at Philippi, and writing from a prison, desires to affect the Philippians believers to acquire a Christ-orientation based on the values expressed in the Christ-hymn. Phlp 2, 5–11 forms the core of Paul's theological narrative that aims at constructing a sense of imitatio and conformatio in the Christ-following community. Paul uses a 'friendly' style in his letters in order to produce rapport and trust in the community, presenting himself as examplum ad imitando, after that of Christ. It is because Paul so fully identifies with Christ's orientation in life that the apostle presents himself as a slave of Jesus Christ. In the midst of a society ill with the desire for honour and power, the Christ narrative stands as a radical call for an alternative life-style, based on the exercise of humility which seeks the interest of others rather than focusing on one's own needs and desires. Paul insists on the basis of the Christ-hymn that such a life-style reveals God's character and it is therefore a life rewarded. Through the use of Social Identity Theory this book evaluates how ancient people constructed their group identity in daily life and how through a seemingly inferior model (that of Christ's kenosis in 2, 5–11) the community receives a re-definition of values which are according to God's values, and who has the last word in history. Paul thus presents an alternative and viable way of life in the midst of a society he knows well.
