Daily Gratitude will help you remember the good in your life and stay focus on being grateful for what we already have in our lives. Pic One or All is recommended to do all of them on a daily basis, 5-minute meditation, 20-minute exercise and reading a book, the more the batter, but it's OK to just do one a day, there is no pressure, whatever makes you feel good at the time. Your own challenge is something you can do for the next 30 days, it can be a new habit you want to have or anything else that makes your soul sing. Completely Optional!
