No ano de 2013, as manifestações no mês de junho causaram grande euforia no Brasil diante das questões políticas que expuseram, da quantidade de participantes e do número de protestos que ocorreram simultaneamente no Brasil. Este livro é resultado de uma pesquisa de dois anos sobre as Manifestações de Junho de 2013 na cidade de São Luís (MA) e se propõe a analisar algumas dessas questões observando essa localidade, mas relacionando-as com as esferas nacional e internacional, ou seja, apresentando também informações qualificadas sobre os protestos globais e dos aspectos gerais dessas manifestações.
