Por fim., Traremos uma análise crítica da decisão proferida pelo Supremo Tribunal Federal nas Ações Direitas de Inconstitucionalidade nº 4.353/DF e nº 5.889/DF, as quais analisam dispositivos da Lei nº 12.034/2019, na tentativa de reintroduzir o voto impresso no nosso ordenamento jurídico. Demonstrarei como a maioria doutrinária e jurisprudencial reconhece a aplicação do princípio da vedação ao retrocesso em sede de direitos políticos e como fundamento de inconstitucionalidade do dispositivo atacado
