We present measurements of branching fractions and CP-violating asymmetries in B[sup 0][yields][rho][sup[+-]][pi][sup[-+]] and B[sup 0][yields][rho][sup -]K[sup+] decays. The results are obtained from a data sample of 88.9 x 10[sup 6][Upsilon](4S)[yields] B[bar B] decays collected with the BABAR detector at the PEP-II asymmetric-energy B Factory at SLAC. From a time-dependent maximum likelihood fit we measure the charge-averaged branching fractions[Beta](B[sup 0][yields][rho][sup[+-]][pi][sup[-+]])= (22.6[+-] 1.8 (stat)[+-] 2.2 (syst)) x 10[sup -6] and[Beta](B[sup 0][yields][rho][sup -]K[sup+])= (7.3[sub -1.2][sup+1.3][+-] 1.3) x 10[sup -6]; and the CP-violating charge asymmetries A[sub CP][sup[rho][pi]]= -0.18[+-] 0.08[+-] 0.03 and A[sub CP][sup[rho]K]= 0.28[+-] 0.17[+-] 0.08; the direct CP violation parameter C[sub[rho][pi]]= 0.36[+-] 0.18[+-] 0.04 and the mixing-induced CP violation parameter S[sub[rho][pi]]= 0.19[+-] 0.24[+-] 0.03; and the dilution parameters[Delta]C[sub[rho][pi]]= 0.28[sub -0.19][sup+0.18][+-] 0.04 and[Delta]S[sub[rho][pi]]= 0.15[+-] 0.25[+-] 0.03.

The authors present preliminary measurements of branching fractions and CP-violating charge asymmetries in B-meson decays to[rho][pi]. The data sample comprises 89 million[Upsilon](4S)[yields] B[bar B] decays collected with the BABAR detector at the PEP-II asymmetric-energy B Factor at SLAC. They find the charge-averaged branching fractions[Beta](B[sup+][yields][rho][sup+][pi][sup 0])= (11.0[+-] 1.9(stat.)[+-] 1.9(syst.)) x 10[sup -6] and[Beta](B[sup+][yields][rho][sup 0][pi][sup+])= (9.3[+-] 1.0(stat.)[+-] 0.8(syst.)) x 10[sup -6]; they set a 90% confidence-level upper limit of[Beta](B[sup 0][yields][rho][sup 0][pi][sup 0])

Based on a sample of 227 million B{bar B} pairs collected by the BABAR detector at the PEP-II asymmetric-energy B Factory at SLAC, we measure the branching fraction?(B° →?°?°) = (1.17 ± 0.32 ± 0.10) x 10−6, and the asymmetry C{sub?°?°} = -0.12 ± 0.56 ± 0.06. The B° →?°?° signal has a significance of 5.0?. We also measure?(B →?+?°) = (5.8 ± 0.6 ± 0.4) x 10−6,?(B+ → K+?°) = (12.0 ± 0.7 ± 0.6) x 10−6, and the charge asymmetries?{sub?+{pi}°} = -0.01 ± 0.10 ± 0.02 and?{sub K{sup +}{pi}°} = 0.06 ± 0.06 ± 0.01. Using isospin relations we find an upper bound on the angle difference.

They obtain a branching fraction [Beta](B° 2!K°[pi]°) = (11.4 ± 0.9 ± 0.6) x 10−6 and CP-violating asymmetry parameters C{sub K{sub S}°[pi]°} = 0.06 ± 0.18 ± 0.03 and S{sub K{sub S}°[pi]°} = 0.35{sub -0.33}{sup +0.30} ± 0.04, where the first error is statistical and the second systematic.
