We present a neutrosophic set-based model for a time-dependent decision-support system (DSS) with multiattribute criteria decision-making.We describe such DSS as one that includes multiple conflicting objectives having strategies spanning over several time-periods. In this paper, we utilize the concept of neutrosophic sets and some of its operations to present a computational model that captures decision trees with various imprecise preferences for a time-dependent DSS.

Single-valued trapezoidal neutrosophic number (SVTrNN), an extension of single-valued neutrosophic set, effectively deals with indeterminate and incomplete information in multi-attribute decision making (MADM) problem. In this paper, we extend the grey relational analysis (GRA) method for solving SVTrNN based MADM problem, where the weight information of attributes is partially known or completely unknown. Following the classical GRA method, we define grey relational co-efficient using a new distance measure. We develop two optimization models to determine the weights of the attributes. We calculate grey positive and negative relational degrees and define the relative closeness co-efficient of each alternative to determine the best alternative.

In plenty of realistic situations, multi-attribute group decision-making (MAGDM) is ubiquitous and significant in daily activities of individuals and organizations. Among diverse tools for coping with MAGDM, granular computing-based approaches constitute a series of viable and efficient theories by means of multi-view problem solving strategies. In this paper, in order to handle MAGDM issues with interval-valued neutrosophic (IN) information, we adopt one of the granular computing (GrC)-based approaches, known as multigranulation probabilistic models, to address IN MAGDM problems.
