Magisterarbeit aus dem Jahr 2006 im Fachbereich Pädagogik - Sonstiges, Note: 1,7, Universität Erfurt, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Im Dezember 1975 setzte ein Artikel im SPIEGEL das geteilte Deutschland in hellen Aufruhr. Es wurde über geheime Praktiken der DDR-Behörden berichtet, welche in einzelnen Fällen die versuchte Republikflucht mit einer Art Familienstrafe ahndeten. Kinder, deren Eltern bei der Flucht ertappt wurden, wurden an linientreue DDR- Bürger zur Adoption freigegeben. Es war eine der gröbsten Menschenrechtsverletzungen, die das SED-Regime je begangen hatte. Der SPIEGEL nannte diese Methode "Zwangsadoption", was von da als Synonym dieser Praktik stand. Heftige Diskussionen, Widerrufe aber auch Zugeständnisse seitens der DDR-Regierung kamen nach dieser SPIEGEL- Veröffentlichung zustande. Wirkliche Beweise hatte man zu dem Zeitpunkt jedoch nicht und das Thema Zwangsadoptionen ruhte bis in den Mai 1991. In der vorliegenden Arbeit werde ich das Thema Zwangsadoption als einen politisch motivierten Entzug durch den Staat darstellen. Zudem werde ich belegen, dass solche Praktiken in der damaligen DDR wirklich existierten und vor allem: dass es ein ganzes System gab, welches dahinter stand. Hierbei werde ich kurz auf die Adoption i Allgemeinen eingehen sowie auf die Jugendhilfe, welche in der DDR in Sachen Adoption und Zwangsadoption eine entscheidende Position einnahm.Weiterhin spielte das Erziehungsziel des Staates eine bedeutende Rolle, da dieser genau vorgab, wie Eltern ihre Kinder zu erziehen hatten. Hierfür werde ich einige Paragraphen der DDR-Verfassung, der Jugendhilfeverordnung (JHVO) sowie des Familiengesetzbuches der DDR (FGB) erläutern, welche man zur Legitimation von Zwangsadoptionen missbrauchte. Auch nutzte die Jugendhilfe u. a. diese Rechtsgrundlagen, um sich hinsichtlich Zwangsadoptionen zu rechtfertigen. Der Fall der Familie Grübel brachte Mitte der 70er Jahre d Diskussion um Zwangsadoptionen ins Rollen. Er gilt als klassisches und zugleich
