Die vorliegende Arbeit be-schreibt die Anforderungen an Change Manager aus dessen Perspektive. Sie organisieren, leiten und begleiten die Transformationsbewegungen. Das sind grob formuliert die Anforderungen, die eine Person in dieser Position erfüllen muss. Darüber hinaus beherrscht er das Instrument der Kommunikation und den Umgang mit der Unternehmensführung sowie der Belegschaft. Folgende Fragen werden in der folgenden Arbeit thematisiert: Worin liegen die kommunikativen Fallstricke? Wie muss sich ein Change Manager im Umgang mit dem Unternehmen, also der Führungsriege, und den Mitarbeitern verhalten um das beste Ergebnis zu erzielen? Wann ist ein Wandel abgeschlossen? Zu Beginn wird die Entwicklung des Change Managements und dessen An-sätze thematisiert um danach auf die Definition den Stellenwert einzugehen. In Kapitel drei stellt man sich die Frage warum es immer häufiger zum Unter-nehmenswandel und Veränderungsprozessen kommt. Dabei unterscheidet man zwischen internen und externen Auslösern. Hinzu kommt der Bezug zu den aktuellen wirtschaftlichen Gegebenheiten. Die Faktoren für ein erfolgreiches Vorgehen eines Change Managers folgen im Hauptkapitel. Der Schwerpunkt liegt bei der Kommunikation, flankiert von den Beziehungen zu den Stakeholdern und dem Management von Widerstän-den und Konflikten. Was passiert nach dem Change Prozess? Diese Frage wird im Kapitel fünf neben weiteren ausgewählten Risiken, die durch Führungskräfte forciert wer-den können, beantwortet. Im Anschluss erfolgt ein Ausblick in Verbindung mit dem Fazit.

Inhaltsangabe:Gang der Untersuchung: Durch tiefgreifenden privaten Wandel und dem Sinnieren darüber, kam ich auf die Idee, meine Diplomarbeit über Change Management abzufassen. Aufgrund zunächst falscher Vorstellungen über das Veränderungsmanagement mußte ich während der Ausführung der Arbeit das ursprüngliche Konzept des öfteren umgestalten. Dies führte zu einer eher chaotischen Erstellung der Arbeit, ganz im Sinne eines ganzheitlichen, ja fast evolutionären Prozesses. So fiel mir z.B. nach der Lektüre der Literatur als erstes die Rohfassung zum Resümee ein, welches im Kapitel 10 die Ausführungen beschließt. In den Kapitel 1 und 2 dagegen werden die theoretische Grundlagen zum Change Management erläutert und eine Eingrenzung getroffen. Das Kapitel 3 nimmt eine Abgrenzung vor. Die Kapitel 4 bis 8 gehen inhaltlich auf die theoretischen Grundlagen ein, wobei die Kapitel 5 und 6 die Anforderungen an die Mitarbeiter und Führungskräfte herausheben. Das Kapitel 9 zeigt als Ausklang der Arbeit das Change Management in aktuellen Veränderungskonzepten auf. Das Kapitel 10, wie schon erwähnt, beendet dann die Arbeit mit einem Resümee. Die Anlage beinhaltet Tabellen, Checklisten und Übersichten zum Thema. Ich möchte die formale Situation hier ganz bewußt etwas aufheben. Nach soviel Literatur in Change Management, um Change Management und um Change Management herum fühle ich mich selbst verändert, Verzeihung: gechanged. Ich empfinde dieses als Bereicherung und es veranlaßt mich dazu, wenigstens im Vorwort von alten Denk- und Verhaltensweisen Abschied zu nehmen.
