Unternehmen müssen sich in der heutigen Zeit zwangsläufig markt- bzw. kundenorientiert ausrichten, um Wettbewerbsvorteile zu sichern und langfristig am Markt bestehen zu können. Als Konsequenz dieser Entwicklung rücken zunehmend der Kundenwert und die Kundenwertmessung in den Mittelpunkt des Unternehmensinteresses, um Kennzahlen zur effektiven Planung, Steuerung und Kontrolle von Kundencontrolling-Entscheidungen liefern zu können. Im Rahmen dieser Arbeit soll daher zunächst der Frage nachgegangen werden, aus welchen Determinanten sich der Kundenwert zusammensetzt, um so die "Stellhebel" zur zweckgerechten Kundenwertgestaltung zu identifizieren und Anforderungen für aussagekräftige Messansätze ableiten zu können. Der Hauptteil C beschäftigt sich mit den Fragen, welche Messansätze zur Kundenbewertung in der Literatur vorgeschlagen werden und wie deren Aussagekraft zu beurteil ist. Hierzu werden ausgewählte Kundenbewertungsverfahren in Systematik gebracht, erläutert und anhand der entwickelten Anforderungen diskutiert. Hierbei bildet der Customer Lifetime Value als zentrales Analyseinstrument den Schwerpunkt der Betrachtungen. Das abschließende Resümee vergleicht zusammenfassend die Messansätze und gibt Anregungen für weitergehenden Handlungsbedarf. [...]
