EDICIÓN EN DVD. La Dirección General de los Registros y del Notariado fue suprimida por Real Decreto 139/2020, de 28 de enero, por el que se establece la estructura orgánica básica de los departamentos ministeriales (artículo 2.2), siendo el órgano directivo que asume sus funciones la Dirección General de Seguridad Jurídica y Fe Pública. El Anuario del año 2018, que ahora se publica, mantiene la modificada estructura del año 2009, que conserva una división más racional para facilitar el uso y la consulta de sus contenidos y al mismo tiempo aprovechar las ventajas que nos ofrece la tecnología. La obra se presenta en tres grandes apartados. El apartado primero recoge las resoluciones relacionadas con la Subdirección General del Notariado y de los Registros. En este apartado las resoluciones publicadas en el «BOE» se incluyen reproduciéndolas tal cual las edita el citado «Boletín», haciendo referencia a la fecha, la página y al marginal de la disposición para su rápida localización en la Base de Datos del BOE, lo que conlleva el acceso al análisis jurídico y a su actualización diaria (con enlaces directos). En las resoluciones que se transcriben íntegramente se han omitido todas las referencias a datos personales, en armonía con la legislación sobre protección de datos de carácter personal. Este apartado primero incluye los Recursos (Resoluciones de los Registradores de la Propiedad, de los Registros Mercantiles, Registros de los Bienes Muebles y Corrección de errores de la D. Gral. de los Registros y del Notariado), el Nombramiento de auditores de cuentas y expertos independientes y las Resoluciones del Sistema Notarial, junto con las instrucciones, consultas y resoluciones del Sistema Registral. El apartado segundo está integrado por las resoluciones y consultas emitidas por la Dirección General de los Registros y del Notariado en relación con las materias de Nacionalidad y Estado Civil. Las modificaciones que se implantaron en este apartado están orientadas a facilitar su consulta, por lo que las resoluciones aparecen agrupadas por materias, según el índice temático referenciado, lo que facilita su localización sin necesidad de conocer la fecha concreta de la disposición, además, se incluye una completa relación cronológica. Para reducir el tamaño de la publicación, no se publican a texto completo todas las resoluciones dictadas, sino que dentro de cada apartado se han seleccionado aquellas que se consideran de mayor interés. Las resoluciones que son sustancialmente iguales solo se citan en una relación cronológica, indicando la fecha, orden y asunto sobre el que versan. El apartado tercero aglutina información relacionada con ambas Subdirecciones y está integrado por la Organización de la Dirección y Cuerpos dependientes de la misma y Estadísticas. ISSN: 2660-6453

Esta obra constituye una aproximación novedosa a los tesoros de nuestra primera pinacoteca.
