O homem nasceu como criatura essencial feita para adorar o Criador. Com o passar do tempo nossa alma assimila o pecado e nos tornamos podre, impuros, carregados com o peso das trevas. O pecado é tudo o que é contra a Torah, seja adultério, profanação do Shabat, ganância, inveja, ciúme, ódio, etc... Com o passar do tempo estes pecados constroem uma roupagem em torno de nós chamada de Quiplot ou pele de serpente pela Cabala. Ao longo da vida acumulamos várias Quiplots ou peles de serpente. Quando meditamos vamos arrancando estas peles de serpente e descobrindo nossa verdadeira natureza que surgiu para adorar o Criador e para reinar com ele nos mundos e dimensões do cosmos. Para isso é importante meditarmos de 5 a 10 minutos todo dia, pois só com o tempo vamos queimando nossas peles de serpente e conhecendo o divino cada vez mais profundamente. A meditação nos ensina os grandes segredos do universo e a nos livrar de nossas peles de serpente atingindo a luz divina. As peles de serpente também podem ser chamadas de véu ou Sephira da Cabala. Quando meditamos vamos retirando os véus e evoluindo pouco a pouco para atingir o trono do Criador. O trono ou Kether é a décima Sephira, a mente do Criador. Cada véu ou Sephira que vamos retirando nos aproxima do Criador, nos aproxima da fonte da luz divina. Este é o caminho do cabalista, meditar para encontrar o divino, para entrar nos palácios celestiais e com o tempo se tornar uno com o Pai divino. Quando mergulhamos neste mar de luz conseguimos nele todas as coisas, pois tudo veio dele e tudo voltará para ele. Ele é a essência de toda a existência.
