Il terzo volume della sezione del Trattato Notarile riguardante la Volontaria Giurisdizione approfondisce le tematiche legate al diritto successorio nella volontaria giurisdizione. L’Opera affronta la disciplina della volontaria giurisdizione in rapporto alla successine mortis causa e tratta temi di grande interesse nell’attività notarile, in tema di eredità beneficiata, eredità giacente, jus postulandi, conocrso del successore con altri soggetti, successione del cittadino italiano all’estero, comunione ereditaria, divisione ereditaria, donazione e, per finire, apertura degli atti di ultima volontà.
