In dieser Ausgabe von Tierstudien wird in wissenschaftlichen Texten und künstlerischen Projekten die Zukunft tierlicher Körper, Räume, Praktiken, Politiken, Beziehungen und Materialitäten fokussiert, z. B. die Zukünfte des Zoos und des Tierrechtsaktivismus, die Zukünfte tierinvolvierender Demokratie und tiersensibler Bildung, von Fleisch und Landwirtschaft, die Zukünfte des Multispezies-Stadtraums, des Museums und des Artenschutzes.
