Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2014 im Fachbereich Psychologie - Beratung und Therapie, Note: 2,3, Fachhochschule Bielefeld, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Die vorliegende Arbeit beschäftigt sich mit dem Thema Beziehungsgestaltung und Zwangsmaßnahmen bei schizophrenen Patienten. Der Schwerpunkt liegt dabei auf Maßnahmen der Prävention und der professionellen Durchführung von Zwangsmaßnahmen. Diese Maßnahmen sollen den Pflegenden Möglichkeiten aufzeigen, wie die Beziehung in solchen schwierigen Situationen gestaltet werden kann, damit die Beziehung zum Patienten nicht geschädigt wird bzw. erhalten bleibt. Es werden aber auch Maßnahmen aufgezeigt um die Beziehung zum Patienten aufzubauen bzw. zu festigen. Des Weiteren soll sich die Arbeit auf Zwangsmaßnahmen aufgrund von aggressivem bzw. gewalttätigem Verhalten begrenzen. Im Mittelpunkt der Arbeit stehen die Fragen: • Welche Möglichkeiten der Beziehungsgestaltung gibt es um Zwangsmaßnahmen zu vermeiden? • Welche Möglichkeiten der Beziehungsgestaltung gibt es bei der Durchführung und während der Zwangsmaßnahmen um die Folgen und Auswirkungen so gering wie möglich zu halten? Ziel dieser Arbeit ist aufzeigen welche präventiven Möglichkeiten es gibt um Zwangsmaßnahmen zu vermeiden und welche Möglichkeiten um diese professionell durchzuführen. Dadurch soll der Beziehungsaufbau und die Beziehungsgestaltung zum Patienten nicht beeinträchtigt werden. Ein weiterer Punkt ist, dass die Auswirkungen von Aggressionen und Zwang für Pflegende und Patienten reduziert werden. Es soll aufzeigt werden, dass es verschiedene Einflussmöglichkeiten gibt und man Aggressionen und Zwang nicht hilflos ausgeliefert ist.

The revisions of both DSM-IV and ICD-10 have again focused the interest of the field of psychiatry and clinical psychology on the issue of nosology. This interest has been further heightened by a series of controversies associated with the development of DSM-5 including the fate of proposed revisions of the personality disorders, bereavement, and the autism spectrum. Major debate arose within the DSM process about the criteria for changing criteria, leading to the creation of first the Scientific Review Committee and then a series of other oversight committees which weighed in on the final debates on the most controversial proposed additions to DSM-5, providing important influences on the final decisions. Contained within these debates were a range of conceptual and philosophical issues. Some of these - such as the definition of mental disorder or the problems of psychiatric " - have been with the field for a long time.
