A collection of true events, Song of the Free illustrates beautifully the life of Dattatreyaji, a monk, a syncretic deity, who is considered to be an incarnation of Trimurti, blessed with the qualities of Brahma, Vishnu and Mahesh. An avatar and a wandering ascetic, Dattatreyaji's life stressed on the importance of learning. He taught us to recognise wisdom from even the smallest creature of nature, like the honey bee. The book gathers the profound cognisance of Dattatreyaji. The 24 gurus, as accepted by him, are individually described, each forming a chapter. The guru is a source of divinity and the true guru guides us to attain our divine attributes. The book portrays the supreme consciousness of Dattatreyaji as he acknowledged the true guru found in nature-animals, birds and humans. He emphasised that if you have the desire to learn you can derive inspiration from anything. Moreover, his teachings inspire us to be in harmony with nature and other elements of the environment. Song of the Free acts as a true guru who will lead you to wisdom, allowing youto thrive on your own. Influenced by spirituality and philosophy, the book is a guide to learning-learning to live and live with wisdom.

In Meri Gita, acclaimed mythologist Devdutt Pattanaik demystifes The Bhagavad Gita for the contemporary reader. His unique approach-thematic rather than verse-by-verse-makes the ancient treatise eminently accessible, combined as it is with his trademark illustrations and simple diagrams. In a world that seems spellbound by argument over dialogue, vi-vaad over sam-vaad, Devdutt highlights how Krishna nudges Arjuna to understand rather than judge his relationships. This becomes relevant today when we are increasingly indulging and isolating the self (self-improvement, self-actualization, self-realization-even selfes!).We forget that we live in an ecosystem of others, where we can nourish each other with food, love and meaning, even when we fght. So let My Gita inform your Gita

This book is both an introduction to Sahaja Yoga, describing the nature of the subtle reality within each of us, and a step-by-step handbook on how to be a good Sahaja Yogi, the nature of Sahaj culture, how to be a leader and how to raise children. “The knowledge of Sahaja Yoga cannot be described in a few sentences or one small book, but one should understand that all this great work of creation and evolution is done by some great subtle organization, which is in the great divine form.”

Kabir Says written by David Masterman and has been published by this book supported file pdf, txt, epub, kindle and other format this book has been release on 2020-06-05 with categories.

Kabir was a 15th century Indian spiritual master who left a legacy of extraordinary poems which continue to capture the imagination of a diverse audience today. The poems downplay the importance of ritual and austerity, and teach that God is not confined to centers of worship or places of pilgrimage but found everywhere in creation. Most importantly, God is within us and this is where we must meet him. Kabir elevates us into the realm of the spirit - a world of beauty, majesty, even romance, where the relationship between lovers is a recurring metaphor for our relationship to the divine. For the last century, Rabindranath Tagore's classic translation, "Songs of Kabir," has been the standard, but over the years it has suffered the ravages of time. In "Kabir Says," David Masterman has reworked Tagore's translation and breathed new life into it for the 21st century reader. But this edition goes beyond merely updating language and style; it considerably enhances the poetic form and flow of the English translation, and a new introduction and appendix have also been added to add depth to the reader's understanding.
