Eternity S Mind written by Kevin J. Anderson and has been published by Macmillan this book supported file pdf, txt, epub, kindle and other format this book has been release on 2016-09-13 with Fiction categories.

Eternity’s Mind is the climactic final book in Kevin J. Anderson’s Saga of Shadows Trilogy, which began with the Hugo nominee The Dark Between the Stars. The Saga of Shadows, as well as its predecessor series, the international bestselling Saga of Seven, are among the grandest epic space operas published in this century. Two decades after the devastating Elemental War, which nearly destroyed the cosmos, the new Confederation restored peace and profitable commerce among the peoples and worlds of the Spiral Arm. The ambitious, innovative Roamers went back to their traditional business of harvesting the vital stardrive fuel ekti from the clouds of gas giant planets, and the telepathic green priests of Theroc provided instantaneous galaxy-wide communication via their connection to the powerful and sentient worldtrees. The alien Ildiran Empire rebuilt their grand Prism Palace under the light of their seven suns, and their Mage-Imperator declared a new age of expansion and discover. But peace was not to last. The malevolent Klikiss robots soon found an ally in the ancient and near-omnipotent Shana Rei, destructive creatures who are the personification of darkness and chaos ... awakened after millennia of slumber to destroy all sentient life in the universe. The Confederation and the Ildiran Empire fought in every way possible, but the Spiral Arm itself seemed doomed. All across the transportal network, space is tearing apart, the links between the gateways are breaking down, the fabric of space unraveling. The worldtrees are dying, entire planets are englobed in impenetrable black barriers erected by the Shana Rei, and the murderous taint has infiltrated the Ildiran race as well as Mage-Imperator Jora’h himself. Desperate for stardrive fuel to power the military and all space travel, the industrialist Lee Iswander has been extracting ekti—the blood of the cosmos—from mysterious giant nodules found floating in empty space, draining these “bloaters” dry by the thousands. But in doing so, is he weakening the only ally that all of civilization may have against the Shana Rei? A breathtakingly large canvas with a huge cast of characters, Eternity’s Mind is the grand finale of a story as complex as any Science Fiction epic you will ever read. If gods made the world then who made the gods? What spark brought about the creation of the cosmos? What must mankind do to assure the universe continues in its orderly motion? The mysterious forces which rule the mystical universe have been found through the uncovering of the curious connection of the heroes of the Trojan War with the patriarchs of the Holy Bible and the legendary hero-king of ancient Babylon. These dramatis personae emerge out of mythology as facets of a more complex and ancient conception: of the creation of the universe, of the measurement of time, and of a cosmic cycle of competing powers locked in perpetual war. Such revelations propel us back to the primal dawn of humanity, the foremost epoch of reason; an age of man endeavoring to identify the regularities of the universe, uncover his own relationship to the immortal order, and fathom how the human race came into being.

The Cosmos Is Alive written by Keith Gaboury and has been published by Kelsay Books this book supported file pdf, txt, epub, kindle and other format this book has been release on 2023-09-19 with categories.

The Cosmos is Alive is a time-bending journey where the "cosmos is alive," a many-armed serpent of possibility and imagination. From The Lunar Kingdom to The Planet X Soap Opera, you might find The Milky Way in L.A. or make a pit-stop at The Moon Country Museum and Bar. We are gifted a "cosmic sight," a view of the Moon, a fresh perspective of Earth in its "pocket of light" as Outer Space "slavishly / pipes the unity of gravity into our universe." Bring your "alien heart" and "gather as one nucleus" as Gaboury gives us so many wonderfully strange ways to return home. -Jennifer K. Sweeney, author of How to Live on Bread and Music There's a new ultimate trip and Gaboury is our director. He'll fly us from a galaxy where we'll "trip / on some cracked dark matter" to The Apollo National Park to see "...a glass case / showcasing Armstrong's / first footprint..." Gaboury celebrates science fiction from its pulpy beginnings to its futureless present. His people are brown-baggers, miners, pulling shifts at The Photon Refinery with their heads "...swirling / at the intersection of host and desire / under the only sky" they will ever know. Gaboury's images and lines elucidate the collision of a space opera and a blues sung by Martian farmers. Gaboury dazzles! -Peter Jay Shippy, author of How to Build the Ghost in Your Attic The speaker of the poem, "Blood in the Cosmos," articulates the brazen project of The Cosmos is Alive: "I look upon the cosmos / like a body sliced open / by my eye of precision / asking questions / under constellations I praise." Gaboury's musings over space legends couple with a down-to-earth reckoning directed towards an earthling's concerns. Every type of unexpected flotsam washes up, as in Planet X Soap Opera, in which, of all things, "flat-earther / swam into the Atlantic, / seeking to breaststroke off the globe." Read The Cosmos is Alive and experience the thrill a mind like Gaboury's milking cosmic strangeness can summon. -Tom Daley, author of House You Cannot Reach

The New Testament and the Future of the Cosmos is an exploration into the cosmic eschatology of the New Testament. It invites the reader to grapple with two interrelated questions along with the author: (1) What did the writers of the New Testament teach about the fate of the cosmos, and (2) can we synthesize their teachings into a coherent New Testament theology? By offering a close reading of key texts that inform the topic (most notably Matt 24:29–31; Mark 13:24–27; Luke 21:25–28; Rom 8:19–22; Heb 12:25–29; 2 Pet 3:4–13; and Rev 21:1–5), it is argued that one can, with certain qualifications, ascertain a clear and coherent New Testament message pertaining to the future of the cosmos. Along the way, new exegetical ground is broken in several passages by identifying a previously unnoticed theme that runs throughout the New Testament concerning the future of the cosmos: God’s judgment of the heavenly powers of evil as a key component to the cosmic transition. At present, these hostile powers hold the cosmos captive to death, but on the Day of the Lord they will be overthrown, setting the stage for a materially transformed world to emerge from the hand of God.

Intergalactic Golden Blood is a book that will open your mind to new possibilities and give substance to what was once believed to be pure fantasy. It is set in the year 2111 and introduces Samuel J Lewis, an average human being, working as a freelance photojournalist. But, unbeknown to Sam he is not just an average man, he is a unique individual and a man which has a particularly rare version of golden blood. So uniquely rare in fact that, he is the only person in the universe who can save a dying civilisation, on a planet called Cryon. A planet which is more than 6000 million light years from Earth, and a planet which is so technologically advanced that science fiction, becomes science fact. Intergalactic golden blood is more than just another science fiction book, it's a reality yet to be discovered with an inconceivable conclusion. In the second book, Samuel J Lewis is called upon once again by the Cryons, but this time to save the entire cosmos from total annihilation. For Sam, there were many unanswered questions from his previous intergalactic travels. There were also many warnings he didn't heed, but with the realisation of these warnings and the opportunity to discover the answers to those questions, Sam is set upon a galactic mission that only he can undertake. However, by accepting this mission, he had also potentially signed his own death warrant and must seek the alliances of other civilisations across the universe, not only to succeed but to survive. The Architects of the universe is another reality yet to be discovered and a reality that is not far beyond current possibilities. Nonetheless, Sam needs to understand that, 'only he who has a high degree of morality, integrity and bravery' can ever hope to succeed in such a mission. The question is whether Sam has those attributesThe final book in the Intergalactic Golden Blood Trilogy is, 'Who is Samuel J Lewis 'and aptly named. It will explore the very essence of the first two books and reintroduce Samuel J Lewis; not as the central character but as a real person who the books were based upon. The conclusion of which, I will leave you to consider, fact, fiction or fantasy?
