When the Holy Spirit reveled to the author, Ernest Martin, a veterinarian with a medical background, that the spiritual birth was identical to the physical birth, this revelation became a life-changing experience. People are always asking and seeking miracles. What is a greater miracle than a sperm uniting with an ovum (egg) and becoming a living cell with the potential to develop into a human being? That living cell (zygote) does not have any resemblance to a fetus. From the process of fertilization to the growth process, it is all programmed in the zygote to divide and multiply and to eventually liken to its mother or dad or a combination of both. Just like when we receive Jesus as our Savior, we become a whole spiritual being in the image of God. We don't look or act much like Jesus at this stage. We look more like the zygote, but we are complete in Jesus. If we desire the sincere milk of the Word and then progress to the meat of the Word, we will grow up into the full stature of Jesus. This process is so well-defined in the physical birth process that we can see how we grow as we spend time in the Word that we may eventually look and act like Jesus Christ. What a miracle and life-changing event to understand the growth process ordained and carried out by God Almighty.

Human sexual reproduction as a framework for expounding biblical doctrine may at first appear unconventional, until one is reminded that such "fruit of the womb" metaphor occurs often, and quite naturally, within the context of scripture. In this AMAZING study, Dr. Martin - a retired veterinarian, researcher, and pastor - appropriates a simple discussion of human anatomy and physiology to "flesh out" the doctrine of salvation and to guide the reader into the deeper spiritual implication of this profound symbolism in the natural world: the conception, gestation, and live birth - the "rebirth" - of a human soul into the kingdom of God! B&W version: contains (12) illustrations.

Have You Truly Been Born Again Of Water And The Spirit written by Rev. Paul C. Jong and has been published by Hephzibah Publishing House this book supported file pdf, txt, epub, kindle and other format this book has been release on with Bibles categories.

This title's main subject is "to be born again of Water and the Spirit." It has the originality on the subject. In other words, this book clearly tells us what being born again is and how to be born again of water and the Spirit in strict accordance with the Bible. The water symbolizes the baptism of Jesus at the Jordan and the Bible says that all our sins were passed on to Jesus when He was baptized by John the Baptist. John was the representative of all mankind and a descendant of Aaron the High priest. Aaron laid his hands on the head of the scapegoat and passed all the yearly sins of the Israelites onto it on the Day of Atonement. It is a shadow of the good things to come. The baptism of Jesus is the antitype of the laying on of hands. Jesus was baptized in the form of the laying on of hands at the Jordan. So He took away all the sins of the world through His baptism and was crucified to pay for the sins. But most Christians don't know why Jesus was baptized by John the Baptist in the Jordan. Jesus' baptism is the keyword of this book, and the indispensable part of the Gospel of Water and the Spirit. We can be born again only by believing in the baptism of Jesus and His Cross. CONTENTS 1. The concept of being born again appears misunderstood by many. Most people will tell you they want to go to Heaven. Yet the most important qualifi cation for entry into Heaven, being born again (born of water and of the spirit), is not embraced. This book Begat by God explains why without allowing the cleansing action of Christ, the word of God (being born of water), and the empowerment by the spirit (born of the spirit) to do the works pre-ordained by God, it is impossible to make it into Heaven. Thus being born again simply involves a continuous transformation because of a conscientious effort by an individual to allow Gods word (Christ) to dictate his way of life. Entry into Heaven is therefore not about religion, but about a purposeful transformation through Christ. The birth of an offspring always involves the development under water in a confi ned environment, over a specifi ed time frame, followed by an expulsion, into a completely new environment. This book describes the similarities between human physical birth and the Spiritual rebirth as in John 3. Thus the invisible attributes of God including His ideas can be gleaned from studying the natural processes of His creation (Romans 1:20).

The church, the body of Christ is on the cusp of greater things in Him. We are moving into the gospel of the Kingdom, better covenant theology, and supernatural lifestyle. Renowned Pastors, Teachers, and Apostles are preaching and writing dozens of books, posting videos and starting schools to birth the supernatural lifestyle as normal Christianity. In all of this preaching, and in books and videos, I find one thing missing. How do we enter into the Kingdom of God, right now, on this earth? How do we enter into the new covenant relationship with the Lord to manifest these glorious new lifestyles? Covenant Baptism has the answers to propel the body of Christ into these truths. God has commissioned us, His body, to make the earth as it is in heaven. We bring are to the Kingdom of Heaven to the earth. The Lord has given us the tools needed to do so.Our Lord Jesus gave Peter the keys to the Kingdom. On the day of Pentecost Peter revealed these keys and three thousand were saved. It was the birth of the church. Within a few hundred years understanding of the keys were lost. Martin Luther found understanding of the first key; repentance, and thereby the Protestant movement was birthed. In the 1900's, by the Welch revival and Azusa Street, the Holy Spirit brought understanding of another key, receiving the Holy Spirit. The Pentecostal and Charismatic Movements were born. Now Covenant Baptism brings a fuller understanding of the third Key, the doctrine of baptisms. This is key to the birth of the Kingdom Movement and new and better covenant theology. In Covenant Baptism you will find answers to:* Is water baptism only a ritual show of the work Jesus already did in one at salvation?* Is water baptism required for salvation? Hint, no. However, is it required for greater things?* Jesus said that we cannot enter into, or even perceive the Kingdom of God unless we are born of the water and the Spirit. What did He mean by that?* What does it mean to be truly Born Again?* What is required to become a partaker of the new covenant? Is there a separate act, similar to circumcision in Abraham's covenant, to enter the new and better covenant of Hebrews 8:6, 10-13?* Are the baptism in the Holy Spirit and Fire, and receiving, being filled with, the Holy Spirit the same thing?* If not, do I need both?* What are the four supernatural works that the Bible teaches happens to us in water baptism?* If I don't have the peace of Jesus if I don't manifest the power gifts of the Spirit, could it be because I am missing the full understanding of the New Covenant and Covenant Baptism?* What was John the Baptist talking about when he described the Baptism of the Holy Spirit and Fire as threshing wheat and gathering the straw to be burned?* Was John the Baptist talking about a real threshing floor in Luke 3:17?* Why did God seek to kill Moses just days after meeting with him out of the burning bush?* When Adam and Eve were cast out, why did God have to set an angel with a fiery sword at the gate of the garden? What does this have to do with my salvation?Richard Yarbrough has taught these principles for over forty years. He has seen hundreds of people's Christian walk reach new levels of power and glory when they acted on the teachings of Covenant Baptism. This teaching is not new. It is a better understanding of the doctrine of baptisms as taught in the first-century church. Richard Yarbrough has scripture quotes on every page to guide you through the wonders that the Lord Jesus Christ is instilling in His Church. Like Luther's protestant movement and the Pentecostal/ Charismatic Movement; Covenant Baptism will usher in a paradigm shift in the body of Christ. The Kingdom of God is at hand, within our grasp. We must be born of water and the Spirit to fully enter into it!

Born of Water and the Spirit presents essays on the sacraments by the three major representatives of "Mercersburg Theology," John Nevin, Philip Schaff, and Emanuel Gerhart. It focuses on Mercersburg's doctrine of baptism and Christian nurture, attempts to correct putative deficiencies of the major Reformed trajectories (e.g., New England and Princeton), and vigorously critiques the anti-sacramental animus of revivalistic evangelicalism. Mercersburg understood baptism as initiating a person (adult or infant) into the sacramental life of the church. Baptism and Eucharist were objective, spiritually real actions that made (what Nevin called) the "mystical presence" of Jesus Christ present to Christians, bringing transformative power into their lives. The present critical edition carefully preserves the original texts, while providing extensive introductions, annotations, and bibliography to orient the modern reader and facilitate further scholarship. The Mercersburg Theology Study Series is an attempt to make available for the first time, in attractive, readable, and scholarly modern editions, the key writings of the nineteenth-century movement known as the Mercersburg Theology. An ambitious multiyear project, it aims to make an important contribution to the scholarly community and to the broader reading public, who can at last be properly introduced to this unique blend of American and European, Reformed and Catholic theology.
