Buku ini saya tulis lebih karena keinginan untuk berbagi pengalaman, bukan untuk mengajari. Pengalaman yang saya dapat dari kenyataan yang saya peroleh pada anak-anakku, terutama Zakka dan Nera yang masih duduk di bangku Kelompok Bermain (KB). Mereka mulai rajin shalat. Walaupun sudah enam bulan berlalu, bahkan hampir satu tahun kedua anakku masih terus rajin shalat, mendadak hati saya bergetar. Saya bingung kenapa bisa demikian, karena anak-anak sebayanya teman dia bermain tidak demikian. Saya pun sangat penasaran, dan timbul keinginan saya untuk merunut perjalanan Nera dan Zakka sampai menjadi anak yang rajin shalat. Dan tentunya, harapan besarnya, semoga buku ini memberikan banyak manfaat dan inspirasi untuk pembaca dan keluarga Indonesia. Semoga bisa memberikan alternatif pemahaman baru dalam mendidik anak yang tepat agar anak-anak kita bisa rajin ibadah.
