Stunting merupakan kondisi gagal tumbuh pada anak berusia di bawah lima tahun (balita) akibat kekurangan gizi kronis dan infeksi berulang terutama pada periode 1000 hari pertama kehidupan (HPK) yaitu dari janin hingga anak berusia 23 bulan.
