Bachelorarbeit aus dem Jahr 2020 im Fachbereich BWL - Rechnungswesen, Bilanzierung, Steuern, Note: 2,3, Universität Bremen, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Der Schwerpunkt dieser Bachelorarbeit liegt auf der Untersuchung der Übermittlungsstrategien der E-Bilanz. Diese Arbeit widmet sich sowohl der staatlichen als auch unternehmerischen Sichtweise und beschäftigt sich mit folgender Forschungsfrage: Kann und sollte die Verwendung der Maximalstrategie bei der Übermittlung der E-Bilanz gefördert werden? Die zunehmende Digitalisierung betrifft mittlerweile nahezu jeden Bereich. Spätestens seitdem für Wirtschaftsjahre, die nach dem einundreißigsten Dezember 2012 beginnen, die Übermittlung der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung nach amtlich vorgeschriebenem Datensatz durch Datenfernübertragung gemäß § 5b EStG verpflichtend wurde, beschäftigt sich die Fachliteratur verstärkt mit den Chancen und Risiken der E-Bilanz. Aufgrund von jährlichen Änderungen, relevanten steuerlichen Sachverhalten und teilweise ungenutzten Potentialen ist die Auseinandersetzung mit diesem Thema heutzutage noch von Belang. Die unterschiedlichen Auffassungen des bevorzugten Transparenzniveaus auf Seiten der Finanzverwaltung und der Unternehmen bieten bis heute Konfliktpotenzial. Obwohl die E-Bilanz mittlerweile als Massenverfahren bezeichnet werden kann, konnten die Zielvorgaben noch nicht erreicht werden.
