Charlie Cheng was born in Tainan, Taiwan in 1939. He came to the U.S. at the end of 1967, got a chance to witness the most beautiful and dazzling years of the 60's and 70's. After he went through several careers, he semi-retired in 2001 and picked up a part-time job as a school bus driver.
