Doelstellingen van dit katern: verdiepen van kennis m.b.t. chronisch zieken. Verder dient de student vaardig te worden in het professioneel begeleiden van chronisch zieken en ervaringen m.b.t. zorgvragers te vertalen naar professioneel gedrag in nieuwe zorgsituaties binnen de zorg voor chronisch zieken.
