Analizzando le clausole utilizzate nella prassi, l'Autore individua quali clausole sono necessarie, quali superflue, perché nulla aggiungono, e quali addirittura pericolose, perché aggravano la posizione del notaio. Gli esempi di riepilogo (su fondo grigio) non solo costituiscono un test di apprendimento (letta la fattispecie prospettata, si è tentati di dare una propria soluzione, prima di leggere la soluzione proposta), ma anche un momento di approfondimento.
