Emerge l’interrogativo di fondo: l’intelligenza artificiale è solo strumento “meccanico” per quanto avanzato o va oltre il suo stesso “creatore”, l’uomo e l’umano, segnandone una nuova dimensione? Delle due l’una: o l’IA comporta solo una nuova tecnologia dell’umano, in una dimensione che resta antropocentrica, oppure la nuova rivoluzione tecnologica, segnata da un’intelligenza destinata a superare, a sostituire quella umana, arrivando a prescindere da questa, comporterà una trasfigurazione stessa dell’identità dell’uomo.
