El procedimiento conforme al cual se van a llevar los juicios ante los tribunales de trabajo y las disposiciones relativas a las pruebas y desahogo de las mismas. La transparencia, libertad sindical y negociación colectiva. La reforma laboral, es una gran oportunidad para que ésta se aplique e instrumente correctamente y se tenga una verdadera impartición de justicia laboral, sobre todo de manera pronta y expedita, ya que justicia que no es impartida de esta manera, no es justicia
