El cuerpo es el hardware y el espíritu es el software Para poder comprender la naturaleza del presente libro y la forma de sanar es necesario entender que cada uno de nosotros se compone de dos partes, el primero, tangible, que comprende todos y cada uno de nuestros órganos, incluido hasta el mismo cerebro, y la segunda parte, que es lo intangible, que corresponde a la parte espiritual, y que contiene la parte intelectual que es la encargada de regular las emociones y conseguir los movimientos y el funcionamiento de los órganos. ¿Cómo llego a la anterior conclusión? Afirmo eso derivado de las múltiples sesiones de terapias de hipnosis en las que he participado, además de infinidad de experiencias de terceros, en donde ha sido posible, por ejemplo, conseguir que personas hayan tenido intervenciones quirúrgicas sin una sola gota de anestesia y si derivado de un trance hipnótico. Las llamadas regresiones hipnóticas que he tenido en mi despacho y que han permitido que los pacientes hayan podido escuchar desde el vientre materno a la madre, o atestiguado las discusiones entre los padres me hacen llegar a la conclusión de que, el espíritu de la persona se encuentra desde la etapa de la concepción, desde el momento en el que el óvulo es fecundado por el espermatozoide y que se gesta la vida, pero además de ello, lo puedo asegurar por el hecho de las múltiples experiencias de personas que han estado clínicamente muertas y que han vuelto a la vida y contado situaciones en donde generalmente se describen fuera de su cuerpo físico, con sus pensamientos, conocimientos, lucidez y en general, como si su mente siguiera funcionando en perfectas condiciones. Ahora bien, existen dos tipos de situaciones post mortem, las primeras, positivas y son en las que la persona “vive” una experiencia en la que la se encuentra generalmente con familiares que anteriormente han fallecido o seres angelicales o de luz y las que les llegan a decir que su momento aún no ha llegado, por lo que les insisten en que deben de regresar a su cuerpo, luego de ello, contrario a los pronósticos de los médicos, vuelven a la vida. Y también las hay las experiencias negativas, en donde se han encontrado con seres a los que se les identifica con “oscuridad”, que generalmente tienen intenciones de causarles daño y en donde resulta evidente la ausencia de amigos, familiares previamente fallecidos y seres angelicales o de luz. En estas vivencias, las personas que han regresado de la muerte, las identifican como el limbo, el purgatorio o el infierno. De esa manera, puedo seguir afirmando que, si la persona no consigue regresar a la vida, podrá irse a cualquiera de esos dos lugares espirituales (no físicos), y mientras que en el primero de ellos, es decir, -el cielo-, el alma encontrará paz y su regreso al plano físico ya no le será posible, y que cuando el espíritu se queda en el purgatorio (el limbo o el infierno), entonces su alma podrá seguir interactuando dentro del mundo de los vivos y será el causante de lo que medicamente se conocen como enfermedades mentales, y en otros casos, problemas de salud diversos. La manera en la que se podrá advertir que estas almas o espíritus en pena se encuentran afectando a personas vivas, introduciendo en ellos, será mediante la alteración en sus emociones, ira, tristeza, adicciones o impulsos sexuales, los que generalmente empiezan de manera injustificada y que la persona ignora el porqué de los mismos, entre estos comportamientos podríamos destacar el más común y general de ellos conocido como el de depresión.

Paradigms Lost challenges key paradigms currently held about the prevention or reduction of stigma attached to mental illness using evidence and the experience the authors gathered during the many years of their work in this field. Each chapter examines one currently held paradigm and presents reasons why it should be replaced with a new perspective. The book argues for enlightened opportunism (using every opportunity to fight stigma), rather than more time consuming planning, and emphasizes that the best way to approach anti-stigma work is to select targets jointly with those who are most concerned. The most radical change of paradigms concerns the evaluation of outcome for anti-stigma activities. Previously, changes in stigmatizing attitudes were used as the best indicator of success.
