Alors afin de satisfaire ces besoins et augmenter l'expedition, ce secteur est oblige d'implanter des nouveaux investissements.Ce travail consiste a realiser la conception et l'etude d'une nouvelle installation de stockage et de chargement des camions en ciment vrac.Pour cela, on a commence par un apercu sur la technologie de fabrication des ciments et plus particulierement sur les techniques de stockage et d'ensachage, puis on a concu et dimensionne les differentes parties de cette unite, ensuite on a etudie la methode choisie de fluidisation de la matiere ensilee. Avant de conclure et grace a la methodologie de determination de la perte de charge dans le circuit d'aire, on a selectionne le surpresseur qui va accomplir cette mission.
