Con el interés de continuar con el análisis de la aplicación de la política de reparación colectiva en comunidades campesinas del 'país, y en el marco de acción del Consejo Nacional para la Educación en Trabajo Social —Conets—, ocho escuelas de Trabajo Social de Colombia adelantaron el proyecto de investigación "Sujeto de reparación colectiva y construcción de territorios de paz en el marco de la Ley 1448 de 2011'. El objeto del presente libro, tercer tomo de la colección que ofrece los resultados de la investigación, es abordar análisis categoriales transversales a la luz de la experiencia de implementación de la Estrategia Entrelazando — medida de rehabilitación social en el marco de la reparación colectiva implementada por la Unidad de Víctimas en el país donde fueron analizadas las experiencias de distintos territorios campesinos que fueron considerados sujetos de reparación colectiva. Este libro busca responder a la propuesta de reconocer y analizar los elementos de la sinergia de la Estrategia Entrelazando y los recursos de las comunidades para de esta forma contribuir así al fortalecimiento del ejercicio profesional de las ciencias sociales y del Trabajo Social de manera más específica, en pro de los procesos de reconstrucción del tejido social y la construcción de territorios de paz.

La creciente influencia de las constituciones sobre el derecho privado se ha hecho sentir notablemente desde hace cincuenta años, en especial gracias al reforzamiento de los controles de conformidad de las leyes a constitución y a los tratados internacionales. Hoy en día, parece que ninguna pregunta importante de derecho privado pueda recibir una respuesta que escaparía a una determinación, o al menos a una influencia constitucional.Sin embargo, el rol reconocido a la Constitución difiere de un estado al otro. Las diferencias se relacionan con múltiples y relevantes aspectos, como la existencia o no de un control de constitucionalidad y las modalidades de dicho control; la mayor o menor atracción que ejercen los recursos conferidos por la constitución en relación con los remedios clásicos del derecho privado, cuyo anquilosamiento contrasta con la eficacia y la rapidez de ciertos remedios de derecho constitucional; o las consecuencias del fenómeno sobre el método de evolución del derecho.Bajo la dirección del profesor Christian Larroumet y con la coordinación académica de Sebastián Ríos Labbé, el Tercer Congreso Internacional de la Association Andrés Bello des Juristes franco-latino-américains, que tuvo lugar los dias 5 y 6 de septiembre de 2006 en las Universidades Externado de Colombia y del Rosario, se dedicó al análisis de todas estas importantes materias. El congreso contó con la participación de cuarenta connotados profesores, venidos de Francia y de diez países de Latinoamérica. Esta obra recoge las contribuciones presentadas en dichas jornadas.Sin embargo, el rol reconocido a la Constitución difiere de un estado al otro. In the early twenty-first century Bolivian social movements made streets, plazas, and highways into the decisively important spaces for acting politically, rivaling and at times exceeding voting booths and halls of government. The Sovereign Street documents this important period, showing how indigenous-led mass movements reconfigured the politics and racial order of Bolivia from 1999 to 2011. Drawing on interviews with protest participants, on-the-ground observation, and documentary research, activist and scholar Carwil Bjork-James provides an up-close history of the indigenous-led protests that changed Bolivia. At the heart of the study is a new approach to the interaction between protest actions and the parts of the urban landscape they claim. These “space-claiming protests” both communicate a message and exercise practical control over the city. Bjork-James interrogates both protest tactics—as experiences and as tools—and meaning-laden spaces, where meaning is part of the racial and political geography of the city. Taking the streets of Cochabamba, Sucre, and La Paz as its vantage point, The Sovereign Streetoffers a rare look at political revolution as it happens. In this book, a leading French social thinker grapples with the gap between the tendency toward globalization of economic relations and mass culture and the increasingly sectarian nature of our social identities as members of ethnic, religious, or national groups. Though at first glance, it might seem as if the answer to the question Can we live together? is that we already do live togetherwatching the same television programs, buying the same clothes, and even using the same language to communicate from one country to anotherthe author argues that in important ways, we are farther than ever from belonging to the same society or the same culture. Our small societies are not gradually merging into one vast global society; instead, the simultaneously political, territorial, and cultural entities that we once called societies or countries are breaking up before our eyes in the wake of ethnic, political, and religious conflict. The result is that we live together only to the extent that we make the same gestures and use the same objectswe do not communicate with one another in a meaningful way or govern ourselves together. What power can now reconcile a transnational economy with the disturbing reality of introverted communities? The author argues against the idea that all we can do is agree on some social rules of mutual tolerance and respect for personal freedom, and forgo the attempt to forge deeper bonds. He argues instead that we can use a focus on the personal life-projectthe construction of an active self or subjectultimately to form meaningful social and political institutions. The book concludes by exploring how social institutions might be retooled to safeguard the development of the personal subject and communication between subjects, and by sketching out what these new social institutions might look like in terms of social relations, politics, and education.
