Los españoles como poder constituyente legitimo desde 1978 hemos sufrido los embates del nacionalismo que sin rigor científico han construido una mitología del agravio que ha ido erosionando paso a paso nuestra legitimidad democrática que ha terminado sucumbiendo frente a su legitimidad histórico identitaria que alcanzo su cenit el 27 de octubre de 2017. Despertamos de un largo sueño y vimos como los lobbys nacionalistas desde su trinchera histórica, con un lenguaje emocional y mitificado intentaban conseguir nuevos privilegios como verdaderas elites extractivas de rentas. El Estado excepcional nacido de la declaración unilateral de independencia de Cataluña no termino con la aplicación del artículo 155 CE pues la legitimidad histórica junto a su origen y fundamento político permanecerán. Debido sobre todo a unas elites nacionalistas auto proclamadas como !nuevo soberano" antidemocratico y feroz que intentar# avivar la supuesta guerra o conflicto oculto que el pueblo español habría librado durante décadas contra el pueblo vasco y el pueblo catalán. Es la hora de los constitucionalistas, de describir los hechos y juzgarlos sin omitir los pequeños detalles que marcaran el futuro de los españoles no solo es una batalla jurídico constitucional la que toca jugar sino que se hace necesario buscar en nuestra historia constitucional, política, financiera, social y económica com las supuestas victimas" de la opresión se han convertido en los verdugos de nuestra libertad e igualdad.
