Il tema della didattica del diritto è da sempre ineludibile nella riflessione sulla formazione delle nuove generazioni di giuristi e giuriste, perché incide sulla produzione di una società più giusta e democratica attraverso la diffusione di una conoscenza civica a tutti i livelli.
