Un aiuto concreto ai professori meno avvezzi alla digitalizzazione e alle famiglie costrette di nuovo ai salti mortali, tra smart working e congedi semi-retribuiti, per assistere i figli a casa. Fin qui il livello micro. Ma per evitare gli errori del recente passato serve un cambio di passo anche in quello macro...
