Das Jahr in dem das Klopapier ausging Es geht nur sinnbildlich um Klopapier - eher geht es um Menschen, Emotionen, Erlebnisse der letzten Jahre. Eines Abends kam mir die Idee, eine Gruppe von Menschen zu fragen, wie sie die letzten fast drei Jahre erlebt haben, wie es ihnen geht, was passiert ist seit Beginn der Pandemie. Ich wollte wissen, was die Wahrheit ist, was in den Köpfen vorgeht - fernab jeglicher Zensur oder Angst vor Strafe. Was dann folgte war eine Flut von E-Mails, die uns sehr bewegt hat. Allein die Tatsache, dass sich Familien heimlich im Wald treffen mussten, um sich zu sehen, weil es verboten war. Und dann, gab es Denunzianten, die Kinder beim Ordnungsamt verpetzten, weil sie im Sommer auf einem Spielplatz spielten. Eine traurige Gesellschaft. Doch dieses Buch ist keine Anklage-Schrift, sondern eher eine Aufzeichnung darüber, dass wir nicht alleine sind und, dass wir VIELE sind. Es ist ein Buch, das starke Charaktere zeigt und Wege, wie wir mit der Apokalypse da draußen klar gekommen sind. Es erzählt von Schicksalen, die hinter dem Wahnsinn passierten, die niemand sonst mitbekommen hat, weil viele mit sich selbst beschäftigt waren. Hinter all der Maskerade stecken Menschen. Denn erst aufgrund der Situation in der Schule während der Corona-Zeit ist mir überhaupt bewusst geworden, wie desolat unser Bildungssystem ist. Dadurch habe ich mich erst damit befasst, was dieser Schulgebäudeanwesenheitszwang bei unseren Kindern auslöst und was geschehen müsste, damit Bildung wieder Freude bereitet! Ca. 1 Millionen Schulschwänzer in Deutschland sprechen eine deutliche Sprache und zeigen, dass die Freude am Lernen derzeit nicht im Fokus der meisten Schulen steht. Doch es geht auch anders! Den Weg dahin müssen wir gehen. Wir als Eltern, die Schüler und unsere gesamte Gesellschaft.
