Einige Beobachter ordnen dem Land vor allem auf Grund seiner Aufrstungspolitik, der Unberechenbarkeit seiner Machteliten und der historisch mitunter stark belasteten Beziehungen zu dessen Anrainerstaaten den Status eines regionalen Krisenherdes zu. Andere Experten stufen die DVRK schon wegen der nuklearen Ambitionen der politischen Fhrung und der damit verbundenen Gefahren als internationales Sicherheitsrisiko ein. Die Isolationspolitik des Kim-Regimes ist auch das Resultat einer konsequenten Umsetzung der Juche-Ideologie, deren historische Wurzel der koreanische ?Nationalismus? ist und deren zentrale Zielvorgabe ?Souver„nit„t? die Grundlage fr alle innen- und auáenpolitische Entscheidungen zu bilden scheint. In der vorliegenden Studie soll der Frage nachgegangen werden, welchen Einfluss die Juche-Ideologie auf die Auáen- und Sicherheitspolitik Nordkoreas ausbt.
