We proudly present the proceedings of 2nd International Seminar on Translation Studies, Applied Linguistics, Literature and Cultural Studies 2020 (STRUKTURAL 2020). Pendidikan anak usia dini adalah pendidikan yang memberikan pelayanan kepada anak yang berada pada rentang usia lahir sampai delapan tahun. Pelayanan yang diberikan kepada anak berupa: perawatan, pengasuhan, pendidikan, dan pembinaan harus sesuai dengan teori dan praktik pembelajaran bagi anak usia dini. Anak usia dini memiliki potensi yang harus dikembangkan melalui rangsangan. Potensi-potensi tersebut berupa aspek-aspek perkembangan. Aspek perkembangan yang harus mendapatkan rangsangan yaitu aspek nilai agama dan moral, kognitif, bahasa, fisik-motorik, dan sosial-emosional. Aspek perkembangan tersebut harus mendapatkan rangsangan dalam bentuk kegiatan pembelajaran menyenangkan; kegiatan pembelajaran yang dikemas dalam bentuk permainan; anak harus terlibat dalam setiap kegiatan pembelajaran (anak terlibat aktif); pengaturan lingkungan menentukan terhadap ketenangan, kenyamanan, dan kesenangan anak dalam belajar; serta memberikan banyak pengalaman untuk mengembangkan wawasan pengetahuan bagi anak. Konsep pembelajaran bagi anak usia dini harus sesuai dengan kebutuhan pertumbuhan dan perkembangannya hal itu akan berpengaruh kepada proses keberlanjutan tahap perkembangan selanjutnya. Proses kegiatan pembelajaran bagi anak usia dini harus melibatkan seluruh perangkat yang berada di lingkungan anak seperti: pihak sekolah, guru, dan orangtua. Kerja sama antara guru dan orangtua sangat menentukan terhadap pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak. untuk menentukan keberhasilan dari kegiatan pembelajaran diperlukan alat untuk mengakses perkembangan anak, sehingga akan nampak keberhasilan perkembangan pembelajaran anak.
