El libro "De la domesticación a una evaluación libertaria" surge como resultado de un trabajo de varios años de docencia y de investigación, tanto dentro como afuera de la sala de clases, en el ámbito de la innovación educativa. Este trabajo, en lo concreto, se ha desarrollado en diversos cursos para estudiantes de pedagogía, en la Universidad Católica del Maule, y se ha basado por una parte, en el uso de tecnologías de la información y de la comunicación (TIC) y, por otra, en un cambio en la forma de evaluar las actividades de aprendizaje. En este contexto, se parte de la premisa que la evaluación constituye un pilar fundamental en el proceso educativo, que determina la metodología de enseñanza, la forma en que aprenden los estudiantes (y también el docente), las relaciones interpersonales en el aula y el interés y el sentido que tiene este proceso, en sí mismo. El presente libro es un ensayo, un experimento reflexivo, que pretende desarrollar y entregar algunas herramientas conceptuales y prácticas para abordar la evaluación educativa desde otro prisma: uno que entiende al ser humano como un ser social, que se define por su intencionalidad transformadora y que necesita adaptarse crecientemente en un mundo compartido con otros seres humanos.

Education is a challenging subject for anarchists. Many are critical about working within a state-run education system that is embedded in hierarchical, standardized, and authoritarian structures. Numerous individuals and collectives envision the creation of counterpublics or alternative educational sites as possible forms of resistance, while other anarchists see themselves as “saboteurs” within the public arena—believing that there is a need to contest dominant forms of power and educational practices from multiple fronts.
